Electric Operations Department OverviewThe men and women of Electric Operations ensure the delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers.
Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration and emergency response.
Position SummaryThe Electric Technical Document Management (TDM) Program Manager manages the standards and work methods document plans.
The incumbent provides oversight, governance, communication, training, reporting as well as overall process and project management for the assigned program.
The preferred work location is flexible within the East Bay region as most interactions take place in East Bay.
However, position ocation is flexible within the PG&E Service Territory.
This role may require additional travel within the service territory, and occasional need for flexible/long hours.
Job ResponsibilitiesApplies depth and breadth of knowledge of Program Management to the most unique and complex problems.
Works with limited direction.
Anticipates issues and develops innovative solutions.
Demonstrates program leadership with internal & external stakeholders to support company goals.
May design and develop new, programs.
Recognized subject matter expert who may represent TDM to other LOBs on complex issues.
Reviews bulletins being issued by Standards and Work Methods for GDM compliance, clarity, and ease of understanding, and manages the EDRS routings.
Works closely with expert TDM Analysts on L1 document status reports.
Works closely with TDM Analysts on identify Documentum metadata issues and opportunities for improvement.
Works closely with the TDM lead on the Technical Information Library (TIL) migration to the new cloud-based version of Documentum.
May manage major cross-functional document projects and initiatives including RCE alignment for complex documents.
Leads peers and partner organizations to develop and implement new and/ or improved document work plans and updates, as well as controls and best practices to ensure ISO 55001 and regulatory compliance.
May lead or support TILViewer and Documentum training.
Coaches and mentors less experienced employees.
supervise, lead or train new program managers and document specialist.
QualificationsMinimum:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in BusinessJob-related experience, 8 years Desired:
In depth knowledge of document management philosophy, governance and requirements.
Highly skilled at leading project teams.
Expertise in communication, interpersonal/collaboration influence and negotiation and process management.
Analytical and creative problem solving, strategic decision-making ability.
Broad knowledge of project management, process improvement best practices, concepts, methods and techniques.
High level organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
Advanced presentation skills to effectively convey complex issues to internal and external parties of various levels.
PMP Certification.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
