Office of President & Utility CEO Department OverviewThe Compliance and Operational Assurance organization is newly created and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The team works across operations to ensure we are meeting our commitments while leveraging best practices to create sustainable, positive, and repeatable outcomes.
The immediate area of focus will be on improving our asset registry to support risk assessment and doing the right work, the right way, the first time, every time! Position SummaryDrive process ownership mindset with clients and peers across PG&E organizations.
Plan, coordinate and facilitate high impact, high complexity, business process and control design sessions.
Build agreement by fostering a cooperative and productive environment in which to resolve problems.
Support the development of goals and metrics to drive adherence and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities Identify process improvement initiatives and action plans that align with organization's performance goals.
Identify and implement best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.
Drive change to lead and mentor employees in quality tools.
Coach resources and oversee improvement projects to support PG&E's core (gas, electric, energy supply) and support organizations.
Identify, suggest, and implement best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement (CI).
Act as a change agent to effectively manage the human dynamics of change.
QualificationsMinimum:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experienceRequires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in either utility operations, Lean, program/project management, consulting/facilitation LSS Green Belt or Higher Certification DesiredLSS MBB CertificationExperience in Quality Management and Control DesignAdvanced working knowledge and expertise in LSS, program and project management, change leadership, team leadership, benchmarking, and facilitation.
Utility, energy, or regulatory industry experience; advanced understanding of the utility or energy industry drivers, issues, and trends.
Excellent creative and innovative solution-based thinking to implement new programs/processes or organizational improvements, deep knowledge of change management and process improvement principles, concepts, and practices.
Demonstrated ability to influence across a diverse set of stakeholders; strong relationship building abilities; ability to work across a matrix organization.
Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, Champions, and other key stakeholders.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in developing LSS training curriculum.
Ability to interact with all levels in the organization, ability to work with senior management to guide strategic planning and decision making.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
